At the heart of every community lies a spirit of giving and togetherness. We invite you to join us in making a difference, one step at a time, as we strive to build a stronger community together. .

Who we are

We are a storytelling group in Westlake Hills, Austin, Texas. We share stories, music and meals because we believe that community storytelling inspires, heals, builds hope and restoration in people's lives.

Our events are also fundraisers for local non-profits. Each event brings you a full BBQ Dinner (non-meat options available), 2 drinks from the bar, local storytellers and musicians!

Stephen Finkel has been co-producing the Westlake Storytellers since 2023. He is a local storyteller who is passionate about bringing communities together through story, music, and food! He believes that transformation and empathy can happen in our lives when we hear part of our own story… in someone else’s.

Our partners

Wonders & Worries' mission is to provide free, professional support for children and teenagers through a parent's serious illness or injury, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Mexican American tenor Kevin Arratia-Diaz is a versatile musician whose performances span opera, musical theatre, mariachi, jazz, and popular music. He has appeared on fashion runways, in European artist programs, and with multiple opera companies. Known for both technical skill and emotional depth, Kevin has sung numerous operatic roles and premiered new works.

YoungLives aims to introduce pregnant and parenting teenagers to healthy, positive relationships of support and care.

Miracle Foundation's mission is to empower vulnerable children to reach their full potential, with a vision for a family for every child in our lifetime.

LifeWorks is working to solve youth homelessness in Austin, TX. Grounded in care and guided by data, Lifeworks offers youth emergency shelters, mental health and well being support, housing and basic need s and education and workforce preparation.
